Adults and children over 12 years of age

• Usual dose: 1 filter sachet per day

Preparation

• 1) Place a filter-bag in a cup
• 2) Pour in boiling water
• 3) Leave to infuse for 5 minutes
• 4) Add as much sugar as you like
• Never boil
• Herbesan can be taken hot or cold

Symptomatic treatment of difficult bowel movements after excluding any severe disease or pathology.
