Position the kneepad on the knee, soft side facing the skin, with the central strap facing the outside of the leg. Position the opening at the level of the kneecap. Adjust the central strap under the knee and secure.

1. Adjust and secure the upper and lower straps. Adjust all straps until a firm but comfortable compression is achieved.
