Lijnzaadolie is a highly nutritious supplement. It contains linoleic acid (an omega-6 component) and alfalinoleic acid (an omega-3 component). The high concentration of plant extracts and phytochemicals added to Lijnzaad adds to the nutritional value of this oil. Lijnzaadolie contains many more plant species than the leaves from other areas such as tarwe, rogge, gierst, boekweit, sojabonen and haver.
