ERGYCALM combines relaxing and calming hawthorn, horehound to promote relaxation, and lemon balm to support relaxation and physical well-being.
The formula is rich in magnesium, which contributes to normal psychological functions.

When is it recommended?

ERGYCALM may be recommended to promote good sleep, to calm and relax, for physical and mental well-being or when giving up smoking.

Ingredients

Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated deodorised seawater, standardised extract of lithothamnion - Phymatolithon calcareum Pall, zinc, iron and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulphate, selenite and sodium molybdate), stabiliser: vegetable glycerine; hawthorn(Crataegus oxyacantha Auct.), horehound(Ballota nigra L.) and lemon balm(Melissa officinalis L.) extracts, natural flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate.

10 to 20 ml per day diluted in ½ glass of water (75 ml), preferably between meals.

A slight cloudiness or deposit is normal. Shake well before use.
