Children under 12: do not apply with fingertips for immediate relief.

For lasting relief, apply with a soft toothbrush, taking care to brush all sensitive areas. Brush twice a day. Sensitive teeth may be a sign of an underlying problem that may require prompt treatment by a dentist if pain persists.

Children under 6: use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimise ingestion. In the event of fluoride intake from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
