To maintain our energy balance and boost our vitality, we need vitamins, minerals and amino acids that can activate our cells and stimulate our vitality.

Magnesium is a mineral of the utmost importance to our health. In our bodies, magnesium plays an essential role in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, particularly in energy metabolism. Magnesium is also essential for protein synthesis and bone development, and helps reduce fatigue.

Vitamins B6 and C are involved in the proper functioning of the energy metabolism, help reduce fatigue and contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C also helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Taurine is an organic acid containing sulphur. Taurine is produced by the human body, but there may be certain situations where the body's own synthesis is reduced.

Citrulline and arginine are amino acids. Leaflet 112016 Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in blood and muscles. Amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins.

Panax ginseng extract and Ilex paraguariensis (Maté) help to improve physical and mental performance and combat fatigue.

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE

The recommended dosage is 4 capsules for the first week, preferably 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast, and 2 capsules with lunch. Thereafter, 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast.

The DYNATONIC course of treatment lasts 2 to 3 months; it can be repeated whenever the need arises.
