Melatonin plays an important role here because it is involved in the control of sleep and wake times. You can support healthy sleep through certain routines: Darkened rooms, adjusted room temperature, no heavy meals before sleep and no alcohol if possible.

Dr. Theiss Melatonin Einschlaf-Spray combines melatonin with passion flower extract. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag. The easy-to-use spray is easy to dispense thanks to the spray head.

Ingredients: Water; sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol; ethanol; melatonin; passion flower extract; preservative: potassium sorbate; peppermint oil; lemon oil.

Recommended use: To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth approx. 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).
For jet lag: spray 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. The positive effect is achieved if at least 0.5 mg of melatonin (= 1 spray puff) is taken on the first day of travel shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.
