Tips: DELICAL Concentré HP HC can be used as a substitute for HP HC milk in culinary preparations (Tiramisu, Rice pudding, Crème brulée, Bavarois, etc.). The vanilla and coffee flavours can also be eaten warm, reheated for 10 seconds at maximum power (850 Watts) in a microwave, by pouring the product into a suitable container. For patients with dysphagia, the drink can be thickened with a thickener such as Gelodiet powder.
