Usual use: 1 to 2 sachets a day, preferably in the second half of a meal.
Supplementary use: 1 sachet at any time, if needed for rapid improvement.
This dietary supplement helps reduce fatigue, resist stress and restore normal intellectual performance. It comes in the form of a powder to be diluted in a glass of water or any other liquid (fruit juice, soya milk, etc.). It can also be added to yoghurt or fruit compote.
