Sterile adhesive dressings

For post-operative care and sterile treatment of superficial wounds, particularly in first aid.

Cosmopor E sterile is a hypoallergenic self-adhesive dressing consisting of a soft non-woven backing with an absorbent pad and a non-adhesive protective net to cover the wound. Dermocompatible thanks to the synthetic rubber adhesive.

The absorbent pad is made up of three layers:

• The central layer is coated with a metallic silver film, which has a bactericidal effect on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The bactericidal effect of Drybarrier technology is limited to the surface of the absorbent pad.
• A non-adhesive contact layer.
• The product is covered with silicone paper.
• The product and packaging are latex-free.
