A result in just one minuteThe Clearblue Plus pregnancy test has been designed to be as easy to use as possible and to give you the accuracy you expect from Clearblue, with a result in just one minute

Before the testIf you take the test as soon as your period is due, use urine from any time during the day. If you are taking the test before your expected period, use the first urine of the day.
When you are ready to take the test, remove the test stick from its packaging and remove the blue cap. Use the test straight away.
Performing the test
Hold the absorbent stick pointing downwards under the stream of urine, or dip it into a urine sample that you have kept in a clean, dry container, for just 5 seconds.
The rod will immediately change colour to pink, confirming that it has been impregnated by the urine. Keep the rod in the urine for the full 5 seconds.
IMPORTANT
Rod pointing up/downHold the absorbent rod pointing down, or lay the test stick flat while waiting for the result.

Wait 3 minutes. Blue lines will appear as the test progresses.

Results
After 3 minutes, the results will appear in the window provided
Results

A blue line should appear in the control window when you read the result. This line confirms that the test has been carried out correctly.
If this line does not appear within 10 minutes, the test has not worked.
It does not matter whether one of the lines forming the '+' sign is darker or lighter, the result is 'Pregnant'.
The test result can be read within 10 minutes. After that, ignore any change in the indication.
