• During the 3 - 4 days preceding the removal of the plug, instil the contents of a dropper into the external auditory canal (ear bath) 3 times, keeping the head tilted to the opposite side

External auditory canal

• For 4 to 6 days prior to specialist cleaning, instil a few drops into the external auditory canal 3 times a day, keeping your head tilted to the opposite side
