• Grasp the plug by the stem and insert it into the ear canal while pulling the pinna backwards and upwards to obtain the best seal.
• To remove the plug: gently remove it by twisting it to gradually break the seal.
• WARNING: do not use this product for scuba diving. For underwater use, earplugs should not be used at depths greater than 1 metre.
• CAUTION: make sure you regularly check the earplugs for signs of wear. If you detect any signs of physical deterioration, throw the earplugs in the bin and replace them with a new pair.
