• Acute bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, chronic bronchitis
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis.
• Acute sinusitis, chronic sinusitis.

Adults and children over 10

• 3 x a day: 8 to 16 mg = 4 to 8 ml of drinkable solution in drops
• Maximum dose per dose: 32 mg
• Maximum daily dose: 96 mg

Children aged between 5 and 10 years

• 3 x a day: 8 mg = 4 ml of oral solution in drops

Children aged 2 to 5

• 2 to 3 times a day: 2 to 4 ml of oral solution in drops, depending on body weight (0.75 mg/kg/24 h).

Infants and children up to 2 years of age

• 3 x a day: approx. 2 drops of oral solution/kg (0.75 mg/kg/24 h)
