One capsule of Bioléine provides 540 mg of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
OMEGA-3: 54% (540 mg: minimum EPA: minimum 27% (270 mg) + DHA: minimum 17% (170 mg))

*The heart and cardiovascular system
Omega-3s (EPA and DHA) contribute to normal heart function. In general, consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA is sufficient to maintain healthy heart function.

*Blood triglyceride levels
EPA and DHA play a role in maintaining normal blood triglyceride levels. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 2 g of EPA and DHA a day.

*The brain
DHA, a structural lipid in brain tissue, is involved in brain function. In general, consumption of 250 mg of DHA is recommended.

*Vision
DHA helps to maintain good vision. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA a day.

Precautions for use
Consumers are advised not to exceed a daily intake of 5g of EPA and DHA combined.
