• Relay treatment after parenteral administration of vitamin B1 in Korsakoff-Wernicke encephalopathy
• Treatment of polyneuritis due to vitamin B deficiency in alcoholics or patients suffering from severe malnutrition
• Prevention of B-vitamin hypovitaminosis due to an excessively restrictive diet or chronic alcoholism, which can lead to symptoms such as beri-beri, glossitis, cheilitis and perlachia
• Prevention of polyneuritis or sideroblastic anaemia that may occur during isoniazid treatment due to interference with vitamin B6 metabolism

Curative

• Mild to moderate cases: 1 tablet per day
• Severe cases: 1 tablet, 2 to 3 times a day

Prophylaxis

• Adults: 1 tablet per day
