Use
Depending on your needs, take a single essence or make your own combination of up to seven different essences using a mixing bottle.
Put two drops in a glass of water and drink it little by little. Alternatively, you can put two drops in a 20ml mixed bottle of still spring water and take four drops at least four times a day.
