Royal jelly is used by worker bees to exclusively feed one of their number who will become the queen. This marvellous food gives the queen 40 times more longevity and surprising productivity.
Royal jelly contains a high proportion of water, but also sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, as well as a large number of substances such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid) fatty acids .
Although royal jelly was already consumed in all ancient civilisations, its properties have only been identified for a few decades.

Honey is a complex substance made up of over 180 elements. It is essentially made up of sugars, the most important of which are fructose (38%) and glucose (31%), two simple sugars that require no digestion before absorption and are easily and directly assimilated by the body. In addition, there is a wide variety of minor components, including phenolic acids and flavonoids, the enzymes glucose oxidase and catalase, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, organic acids, amino acids, proteins and α-tocopherol, and over 30 minerals (calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, chlorine, etc.).

Water - Royal jelly(*) - Wheat syrup(*) - Honey(*) - Concentrated orange juice(Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck)(*).

Food supplement.

• Take 1 phial in the morning, preferably with breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).
  It can be repeated several times a year, particularly at the change of season.

Shake the phial before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear but this in no way detracts from its quality.

Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end off the glass to prevent any debris from falling out.

Turn the bulb over and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass using a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
