Take one UNICADOSE® in the morning with breakfast. Shake the UNICADOSE® and then cut off the self-breaking tip as shown in the diagram. Dilute the contents in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). You can repeat use several times a year. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear.
