Escholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica)

Escholtzia was introduced to Europe in the 19th century as an ornamental plant by J.F. Escholtz, a Russian botanist. It is a beautiful plant with characteristic yellow flowers that originates from California, where it covers large areas near the redwood forests. Eschscholtzia belongs to the same family as the poppy.

Composition

For one capsule :

• Escholtzia (flowering aerial part): 300 mg of total powder.

ADVICE FOR USE

To be taken orally.

• For adults and children over 12 years old in case of nervousness.
• For adults only, for self-medication in case of minor sleep disorders.
• Adults: 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules at bedtime to be taken with a large glass of water. The dosage can be increased to 5 capsules, if necessary, on the advice of your pharmacist.
• Children over 12 years: 1 capsule in the evening with a meal and 1 capsule at bedtime to be taken with a large glass of water.
