Burdock (Arctium lappa)

Burdock is a hardy biennial herb that grows in temperate regions and is common in clearings. It is well known for its purple flowers surrounded by an involucre of spiny bracts that cling to clothing and hair.

Composition of the medicine

For one capsule :

• Burdock(Arctium lappa L.) (root powder): 350 mg

Directions for use

In seborrheic skin disorders :

• Adults and adolescents over the age of 15: 1 capsule 3 times a day, to be taken with meals. The dosage may be increased to 5 capsules a day if necessary.
• Treatment lasts for 1 month. If symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

For benign urinary disorders:

• Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day, to be taken with meals. The dosage may be increased to 5 capsules a day if necessary.
• Treatment lasts 2 weeks.
