Properties

Essential oils, volatile aromatic substances of plant origin, are extracted by distillation of the part of the plant richest in essence, or by cold expression of the zest in the case of citrus fruits. Their fragrance and properties have been seductive for thousands of years.

Arko essentiel Tea tree essential oil from Arkopharma Laboratories is recognised for its many properties: it is antiseptic, disinfectant, bactericidal, fungicidal and antiviral. It is also anti-acarid, anti-fatigue, anti-infectious, anti-parasitic, healing and decongestant (venous). It facilitates perspiration and supports the immune system.

Use

Bath: about fifteen drops diluted in a bubble bath or dispersant.
Inhalation: preferably mixed with other essential oils (Eucalyptus, Rosemary, etc.), 6 drops in total in the bowl of an inhaler.
Massage: 10 drops diluted in 1 to 2 tablespoons of an Arko Essential Oily.
Shampoo: 5 to 6 drops in a mild shampoo.
Mouthwash, gargle: 1 drop on a sugar cube to be dissolved in a glass of water.
Culinary flavouring: about 2-3 drops.

In case of accidental contact with the eyes, soothe with an oily vegetable oil, rinse thoroughly and gently with cold water and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use without medical advice if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are a child under the age of 7, or if you have epilepsy, allergies, asthma or a history of convulsions.
