Children from 6 years old: 1 gum 1 to 3 times a day (max. 3 gums a day)
Adults and children from 12 years old: 2 gums 1 to 3 times a day (maximum 6 gums a day)

Ingredients per gum: Filling agents: Gum arabic, sorbitol syrup, beta-cyclodextrin, maltitol syrup - Dried standardized ginger extract* (Zingiber officinale) 25 mg - Natural flavours: lemon, mint, eucalyptus - Sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides. Coating agents: coconut oil, carnauba wax.
