Certain periods, such as growth, convalescence and cold weather, put a strain on the body. Sometimes an unbalanced diet or a lack of appetite does not cover 100% of daily requirements. Children and adults may then need a vitamin supplement to help them regain their fitness and vitality.

Children aged 6 and over, teenagers, adults: 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, do not chew.
