SILYMAX 60 CPR

Silymax bietet zwei Pflanzenextrakte an, bei denen die Wirkung auf den Kopf und die Beine gut dokumentiert ist: Mariadistel, Artisjok und Kurkuma. Mariadistel (Silybum marianum) ist eine Pflanze aus dem Zeegebied Middelands. Aus den Zaden wird Silymarin gewonnen; das ist ein Mengsel von Flavonolignanen mit antioxidatieven und hepatoprotektiven Eigenschappen. Es gibt zwei (strukturelle) Isomere: Silybin, Silydianin und Silychristin, die zusammen mit Silymarin genoemd worden sind. Die antioxidativen, entzündungshemmenden und immunmodulatorischen Eigenschappen sorgen dafür, dass sie einen leverbeschleunigenden Effekt haben (1-4). Onder de mechanismen die deze eigenschappen verklaren, is er de modulatie van de cytokineproductie (TNF-alpha, interferon gamma en interleukine-2), afhangend van de transcriptiefactor, de NF-kappa-B. Silymarine optimiseert tevens de doorstroming van gal naar de galblaas (5).

Artisjok (Cynara scolymus) is eveneens een wel bekend element in leverondersteunende formulierungen. Het belangrijkste bestanddeel in artisjok is cynarine, dat vooral in de bladeren gevonden wordt. Cynarine is een stof die zowel de productie als de afbraak van gal door de lever bevordert (6, 7). Verder werkt het hepatoprotectief door ondersteuning van de regeneratie van levercellen en door een antioxidatief effect tegen toxines. Kurkuma wird als krachendes Antioxidans bekämpft. Die Wortelstok enthält eine Mischung aus Chili, Kurkumin (Diferuloylmethaan) und den etherischen Ölen Tumeron, Atlanton und Zingiberon. In the traditional geneeskunde wordt geelwortel beschouwd als een leverbeschermend middel door zijn uitgesproken antioxidatieve en anti-inflammatory eigenschappen (8, 9). In Silymax wird ein spezifischer Kurkuma-Extrakt (Curcuma longa) ausgewählt, der zu 95% aus Curcuminoiden besteht. Biokurkuma ist ein Komplex aus bioaktiven Kurkuminoiden aus dem Ätherischen Öl von Curcuma longa, in dem die Opneembaarheid von Kurkumin mit einem Faktor zeven toeneemt und der Boden tot drie maal langer in het lichaam aanwezig blijft. Neben den beiden Pflanzenextrakten liefert Silymax auch Cholin, das bei der Instantsetzung einer normalen Levelspritze bijdraagt. Cholin ist für den Fischbestand ein wesentlicher Bestandteil. Cholin wird zu Fosfatidylcholin umgewandelt, was besonders wichtig ist, um zu verhindern, dass sich Fett und Cholesterin in der Leber ansammeln. Wetenschappelijk onderzoek heeft een duidelijke link aangetoond tussen een vervette lever en een tekort aan choline (10,11).
