Description
Fennel is the whole fruit (arcana) or part fruit of the bitter fennel (var. vulgare) or the sweet fennel (var. dulce). The bitter fennel is used for Sidroga fennel.
The essential oil of fennel has an antispasmodic effect. Fennel is a tried and tested remedy for flatulence and cramping in the gastrointestinal tract. The essential oil also has an expectorant effect in the respiratory tract.
Sidroga fennel is a herbal gastrointestinal remedy. Sidroga Fennel is a herbal medicine for the treatment of respiratory diseases. Sidroga Fennel is used to treat digestive disorders such as mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, bloating and flatulence, and catarrhs of the upper airways.
For drinking after preparing a tea infusion.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 to 2 filter bags of Sidroga Fennel, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 10 to 15 minutes and remove the filter bags.
