Advice for use

From 6 years old.

• Adults: take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtimes and 2 capsules at bedtime, with a large glass of water.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old: take 1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water.
• Children from 13 to 18 years: take 2 capsules per day, with a large glass of water.
