Description
This small perennial plant is cultivated all over the world, especially in India, Morocco, Europe and North America. The United States is the leading producer of essential oil. France produces little… but it is of excellent quality.
Advice
Take a maximum of 2 drops of peppermint essential oil 3 times a day on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure peppermint essential oil without support or mixed with water.
Equivalence: 1ml > 32 drops (for 10ml)
Equivalence : 1ml -> 31 drops (for 30ml)
