Dosage:

Adults

Pinworm infestation: 1 tablet of VERMOX (equivalent to 100mg mebendazole daily) for 3 days. Attention should be paid to personal hygiene, sanitation of the environment and treatment of contacts (e.g. family members). It is recommended to repeat the treatment after 2 and 4 weeks.

Flushing worm infestation: 1 tablet of VERMOX (corresponding to 200mg mebendazole daily) in the morning and evening for 3 days.

Whipworm infestation: 1 tablet of VERMOX (corresponding to 200mg mebendazole daily) in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening for 3 to 4 days. If the worming treatment is not successful enough, the treatment is repeated, but the daily amount of medicine is not increased. In case of severe worm infestation, diarrhoea and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa are treated additionally.

Hookworm infestation: 1 tablet of VERMOX (corresponding to 200mg mebendazole daily) in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening for 3 days.
